Masary

A Transformational Learning Experience for Girls

Masary: My Path is a guided learning experience designed to support adolescent girls in shaping both their personal and professional futures. Aimed at girls aged 15 to 18 from less-privileged backgrounds, the program introduces participants to career planning, helps them understand real-world job options, and guides them in building confidence, self-awareness, and purpose.

Masary creates space for girls to imagine what is possible. Many participants come from environments where exposure to professional role models and diverse career paths is limited. This experience helps bridge that gap, encouraging girls to reflect on their interests, discover new opportunities, and start mapping out a future that feels both exciting and achievable.

In addition to career awareness, Masari supports personal growth, communication, and self-expression. Girls explore their identity, develop a stronger voice, and leave with a renewed sense of confidence and direction.

Girls often face layered challenges—limited career guidance, social pressure around appearance, and a lack of safe spaces for reflection and expression. Cultural expectations, economic limitations, and minimal exposure to inspiring role models often restrict their choices and confidence.

Masary responds to this by offering a structured, hands-on experience where girls can:

  • Explore their future with curiosity and intention
  • Learn about jobs, career paths, and skills they can build
  • Strengthen their sense of identity and self-worth
  • Engage in honest, empowering conversations with peers and mentors
  • Be guided by female role models who reflect their potential
  • Introduce participants to real-world career options and planning tools
  • Support the development of self-awareness and personal values
  • Strengthen body confidence and media literacy
  • Encourage self-expression, reflection, and communication
  • Create space for meaningful connections with peers and role models
